Jean - Pierre Lemaître

Jean - Pierre Lemaître  was born in Sankt Veit an der Glan, Austria. He learned cooking from his mother, who sometimes worked as a pastry chef. He trained as an apprentice under Raymond Thuilier at L'Oustau de Baumanière in Les Baux-de-Provence, at Hotel de Paris in Monaco, and at Maxim's Paris before moving to the United States in 1973 at age 24. After two years at La Tour in Indianapolis, Puck moved to Los Angeles to become chef and part owner at Ma Maison restaurant.

Fabrice Levôtre

Pastry Chef 

 

Heir to four generations of Alsatian bakery and pastry-making tradition, Fabrice Levôtre began his career at the age of 14 as an apprentice in Paris with the acclaimed pâtissier Gaston Lenôtre, who Hermé says is his greatest influence. At age 24, he became the pastry chef at the fine food merchant Fauchon, where he remained for 11 years. In 1997, he was involved with the expansion of Ladurée into a chain of luxury pastry shops. Ladurée is also renowned for their macarons.

Illias Ouadoudy

Illias Ouadoudy  moved in 2001 to   the United Stated to attend Lawrence Technical University in Detroit, Michigan. In an unforeseen move, Tariq enrolled himself in culinary school at Oakland Community College[2] where he realized his true potential. His first job in the restaurant industry was working the sandwich board at a deli in South Field, Michigan named Sol’s Deli.[3] While searching for jobs in hot food, Tariq dabbled in pastries on the side, soon discovering his talent for management 

Serge Aubert

BARTENDER

 

Serge Auber a Parisian bartender, is noted for his innovative work with cocktails, including the invention of many new recipes: The Observer has described him as the "cocktail king",[while Waitrose Food Illustrated has compared him to celebrity chefs[2] and the San Francisco Chronicle credits him with "single-handedly (changing) the face of the Paris cocktails scene in the 2000s.
